The first thing we like to do for our clients is to have a short consultation with them to determine the facts and essentials about the memorial they have come to purchase.  Since for the majority of people this is their first time tending to such a task, we offer information about all aspects of purchasing a memorial.  In this way we shed light on things like types, colors, sizes, finishes, prices, etc.  Many people are truly grateful for this courtesy. 

We have a large selection of memorials in stock, so you will be able to get a tour of our shop and see many different types and styles while you are here.  You will generally be discussing your memorial with one of the owners of the company–A privileged service advantage that not too many companies can offer.

Once we have determined the basics, we will do the design work for you using the latest computer technologies.  It can take as little as 30 minutes or we can spend several hours tailoring the design and lettering to fit your chosen memorial stone.  Our clients are encouraged to write drafts of as much as they would like as we do not charge extra for lettering on standard sandblasted designs.  By doing this our clients are able to make the memorial much more personal without feeling pressured and while staying within their budgets.  It makes a difficult task more bearable.

After your artwork is complete and we have your stone we will progress with the production of your memorial.  A template is cut to the size of your monument, attached to the monument and the stone is either sandblasted or hand-carved, according to the specifications of your purchase.  Once the work is completed in our shop, we will make arrangements with your cemetery to set the monument.  We take care of all the details, so there is no worry or hassle on your part once you’ve left here.
